Great Post!!! As mainly a progressive rock, folk, avant-garde listener, the Smile stuff is what I listen to from the beach boys (obviously like Pet Sounds too). I bought a used GV box set just for the Smile tracks.

The unsurpassed masters will come along, but I've been holding off on it because Bernardo at Silverphial has been doing them, so I thought I would wait a while to do them. Pick up some steam first, ya know?
