In 2004 the BBC did a documentary about the Beach Boys called Wouldn't It Be Nice. This one is particularly eye opening. You can download it as an .AVI file and play with VLC player.
If SMiLE would have been released in 1967, do you think that Brian would have wanted to surpass SMiLE as he did with Pet Sounds, and could you imagine how that album would have been? That question blows my mind everyday.
